Resume Update!

Mood: Awake
Listening to: Birds chirping outside

"Worry about your character, not your reputation. Your character is who you are. Your reputation is who people think you are." - John Wooden

I am missing doing graphic design this morning. So, maybe ink is in my blood or design is in my blood. If/when I get a new job that doesn't involve doing design work, I can still do my own designs, take photos, manipulate photos in Photoshop, paint, and draw. Many people have non-design or non-creative jobs and still do their art and design for fun.

Thank you to my awesome mom for suggesting I look into a discount at the YMCA. She said to ask if they give a discount due to COVID-19 job loss. I applied, and I get a discount for six months!

Career change. I'm trading comfort and familiarity for a better life.

Plans for today:
  1. Apply for Health Insurance
  2. Clean the bathroom
  3. Zumba at 5:30 pm
  4. Timmy's baseball game at 11:15 am (or go Wednesday if I don't go today)
  5. Help Nikhil chop his vegetables and chicken at 6:45 pm
  6. Work on writing a Killer Resume: Resume WritingIndeed and Zety
I am going to find a job I want to apply for and update my General Resume for that particular job. I might not actually apply for the job, yet. I just want to focus on my skills, accomplishments, etc. on how to get that job.

In all reality, since I am working on my resumé, I actually need to "wow" my savvy smart boyfriend with my resumé first.

Below is a job I'd like to possibly apply for and am going to polish my resumé for.
