FITNESS:
I've run over three 5K's in the matter of a month. I have Nikhil to thank. I can't say I would've done this all on my own. He really is an awesome coach, and I appreciate all he's done for me. We will be in shape for hiking in South Dakota next weekend. I'm looking forward to it! It will be so great to get out of town. Been feeling a bit "cooped up" with the COVID-19 Pandemic social distancing and use of face masks.

FOODIE: Tomorrow night is "Breakfast for Supper" Date night. Can't wait! I'm dressing up! Also, one of our awesome press guys at work is making us pork loin sandwiches for lunch today. Kudos! Thank you!

COVID-19 UPDATE: There are 52 new positive cases, bringing the statewide total to 1,761. NDDoH reports two new deaths.
