No time to nap today! This weekend has started out with some exciting news. A dear friend, Mark Anderson, has been teaching Aqua Rock. I'm going to be helping him digitize a logo and hope to help him with any other marketing/design needs he has.
Bismarck Rise Tribe. A cardio dance pal from the YMCA asked me to be a part of the Bismarck Rise Tribe group!
The mission of Bismarck Rise Tribe: "This group is intended for strong, positive women who believe in the importance of self care and the power of community. We plan to meet together frequently in different venues to discuss self improvement and how to uplift others. Self improvement may be in the form of community discussion of books, podcasts, or just celebrating friendship.
There are only 2 rules. We are only here to lift each other up. Absolutely NO negative comments or behaviors. Oh, and you MUST think that Rachel Hollis is bomb!"
My gal pal and I were discussing future marketing for the Bismarck Rise Tribe, possibly a logo for T-shirts and to build brand recognition and spread the word for this amazing Bismarck group. I absolutely am interested in promoting a brand that wants to lift up women. Too many women want to cut each other down rather than lift each other up! This is a reason why I think Rachel Hollis "is da bomb!"
