Mood: Somewhat Focused (need more coffee!)

Great visit with my mom last night. She told me that Capital A'Fair was going to be canceled even though it's in August, due to COVID-19. I was disappointed to hear this. So, I will have more free time this summer since we won't be practicing as much or at all. I look forward to Middle Eastern Dance in the summer time. So many memories already. Nikhil and I got to know each other better, too, when we did Middle Eastern Dance. It's a sign of the times for now.
WORK IT, GIRL: I was listening to "Unstoppable" by Sia on the way to work today. It's a great song to get pumped up to on the way to work
To stay busy (no one wants to twiddle their thumbs, and I'm getting paid to be here), I am helping Angela file job tickets. She is super busy right now with one of the main office ladies being out on sick leave. I enjoy helping Angela. She's great to work with. Lo and behold! I came back to my desk with job tickets ready to work on!
FAITH: This morning I started with a beautiful prayer I think any Catholic (and everyone else!) should read. It's called the Litany of Trust. It is a prayer composed by one of the Sisters of Life, Sr. Faustina Maria Pia, SV. In it, we ask Jesus to deliver us from the things that hold us bound, and we place our trust in His promises.
