Labor Day Camping Trip

Today, Nikhil kindly reminded me that every day at work is different. Some days are busy, some days are not busy (like the Dollar Tree.)

It's almost March! I'm thinking ahead to my next illustration/project/logo. I'm not quite sure yet.

1.) I'm leaning towards a (fictional) logo for the Bismarck Middle Eastern Dancers. I've been a part of this dance group through the YMCA for many years. I don't plan to market or sell the logo. I think it would be a fun personal project to illustrate.

2.) Entry for Missouri River art piece for Bismarck Downtown Artist Coop Missouri River Show (April 8-30, 2022)

3.) I'd like to recreate a wacky drawing my cousin, Fred E., did years ago; vectorize it like Von Glitschka does in Illustrator. My family would enjoy seeing it! My niece, Maddy, would appreciate it since she loves to animate and draw, too.

4.) Submit travel photos (and other subjects) to sites such as Wix (for recognition and cash.)

5.) Personal Project: Recreate drawings that my nieces and nephew drew when they were younger

6.) Promotional Travel flyer from one of the trips I've taken. (It can be cheesy or retro!)

Today Shawna (one of the camping trip organizers) asked for an approval on the Labor Day Camping Trip dates. I gave my approval. I've been brainstorming on a logo for the 5-year anniversary of the Labor Day Camping Trip. I showed it to two group members. Shawna loved it and wants to see it on a T-shirt. I'm going to do a mock-up for her (on a hat and T-shirt.) Here is the idea I came up with:
