Mood: All kinds of happy, relaxed and grateful

I've been doing graphic design and helping with public affairs for USDA NRCS for nine months now. Today would've been my eighth anniversary at my old workplace. I'm so grateful to be at the job I'm at now! Along with doing graphic design projects, I've been learning about conservation practices and how the government helps the farmers and families in our state and country. 

I am now a published illustrator! The poetry book "Backwards & Forwards" by Deb Carpenter is available on Amazon.com.

I would like to expand my horizons to Nature Photography. USDA NRCS welcomes photos to be used/displayed on the website/promotions, so I have been thinking about submitting old and new photos!

Nikhil and I had a wonderful trip to Chicago for Peter and Haemi's wedding. We enjoyed seeing the Korean traditions of a beautiful ceremony. Nikhil and I both have busy summers ahead. We've both been vaccinated for COVID-19 which is a relief!
