Great Outdoors

Our trip to South Dakota was fantastic! Nikhil is already talking about going again this summer. I wouldn't mind at all! South Dakota is a beautiful state. So much to do and see!

FITNESS: My Fitness Schedule for Summer 2020 is
  • Monday - Run with Nikhil 
  • Tuesday - 1/2 Cardio Dance and Tabata
  • Wednesday - Track (GYS) 
  • Thursday - Body Pump or Step
  • Friday - Zumba
  • Saturday - Cardio Dance and Run
  • Sunday - Zumba
Proud of myself for getting to Body Pump tonight. So great to be working out at the Y, again, and running into fun friends like Shawna. Tomorrow Nikhil and I go to GYS Track practice.
