I'm going to be signing up for a 5K in April. It's the Race to Zero. It will be on April 4th. Nikhil is planning to do it also. Kristin also mentioned wanting to get back into "race" mode with this 5K.
For training, I plan to keep doing classes at the Y that I think are fun: Step, Cardio Dance, Tabata, etc. I'll be doing eight workouts in the Nikhil Fitness Challenge: Step, Tabata, Body Pump, etc. More intense classes.
I could also use a dose of Spring Fever to get me excited for the race. It's about two months away!
I will need to also meal prep and plan a healthy menu: 5K Nutrition
