Summer 2019 has come and gone. The time has come for pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin candles, football, sweaters, hot stews in the crockpot, and a bounty of produce (thanks to family and coworkers!)
So grateful for the Yellowstone/Pacific Northwest trip Nikhil and I took together. (He gets all the credit for the planning.) I felt so grateful to see my sister, Susie, in Portland. My heart was full! Nikhil and I ate our way through North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington! We were inspired by some delicious dishes!
We are going to cook Japanese (or Korean) Pancakes, inspired by dishes we had on our trips to London and Seattle. So delicious! I'm currently combing my way through Pinterest looking for recipes that sound somewhat similar to what we had. I'm confident we will come up with something delicious and Instagram-worthy! We are going to cook this delicacy on October 12th. VERY SOON!!
POSSIBLE RECIPES!
1.) Shinshine.com
2.) MyKoreanKitchen.com
3.) thekitchn.com
4.) Justonecookbook.com
