My sister (a teacher), nieces, and nephew are done with another school year. With the rainy chilly weather it’s hard to see summer around the corner. Nikhil and I have a road trip planned. Hiking is planned! Hoping for sunshine! We will be starting out summer by meeting good friends at our favorite restaurant, Butterhorn. Also, another night at Anne’s Cafe is on the calendar: Anne’s “Famous” enchiladas!
