Cinco de Mayo

One of the best soups I've ever had is the house soup from the local La Carreta Mexican Restaurant. I'd planned to go solo for lunch after Zumba, and I was lucky enough to run into my coworker Clark and his family. He kindly asked me to join them. This soup is a must try!!!
